HEADS UP: The Philosophers (2013)

A film was brought to my attention yesterday, and I think you'll dig it! It's called 'The Philosophers.'

At an international school in Jakarta, a philosophy teacher challenges his class of twenty graduating seniors to choose which ten of them would take shelter underground and reboot the human race in the event of a nuclear apocalypse.

What a dope concept! I was rather disappointed with the 'The Hunger Games' film, and thought it had amazing potential. This feels like what 'The Hunger Games' could've been, with an intellectual leaning. I am very excited for it.

It features actors James D'Arcy, Bonnie Wright, Daryl Sabara, Jacob Artist, Hope Olaide Wilson, and Maia Mitchell, among others.
