ILLUSTRATION: Luis Alves (Urban Myth)
I first came across Luis Alves whilst browsing on Tumblr. Something about this Illustrators work spoke to me, differently from others illustrators I admire. Mr Alves is a Illustrator and graphic designer based in Lisbon, Portugal, but it's very apparent he is influence quite a bit by musical greats. His interesting mix of mixing patterns from old tiles and textiles is amazingly refreshing. This he discribes as "creating something new from old" Enough of me going on take a look below.
