This short is about lies and deceits...no I kid. Anthony Deptula's 'Bad Car' is a romantic comedy about a first date of two individuals who are afraid of being perceived in a certain way. We all go on dates where we try to impress the other person, but this comedy shows just how hilarious it is when those lies are played out in our heads and eventually surface. In this instance, they both find out that they have more in common than they thought...a crappy car!
Bad Cars is a new short by Anthony Deptula, best known as the writer and star of the wonderful little indie feature One Too Many Mornings, which premiered in the inaugural edition of Sundance’s low-budget NEXT section in 2010.
