Shipping & Returns

Some Tribe Nine pieces are made to order at our studio in Kingston, Jamaica. We are a small team, please allow 10 business days before your order is sewn and shipped to you.

Domestic orders ship via JA Mail or Knutsford Express, all international orders ship via First Class Mail. Shipping does not include insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

To return or exchange an item, email us within seven days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
