Most of what you see in our shop is made to order, sewn at our studio on Harbour Street in Kingston, Jamaica. We are a small, intentional team — every piece is cut and constructed with care. Please allow 10 business days from your order date before your item ships.Shipping
Express Delivery — 3 to 5 days $50
USD General Delivery — 12 to 16 days — $20 USD
International orders ship via First Class Mail. Domestic orders are dispatched via JA Mail or Knutsford Express. Shipping does not include insurance — we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Kingston delivery
We offer direct bearer delivery to our Kingston customers. If you're local and want your order hand-delivered, reach out to us at info@tribeninestudios.co, and we'll arrange it.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn't right, email us within seven days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
