Many would describe Yayoi Kusama as a tad "dotty"; but to me, the Japanese artist and writer is just a ball of unbounded imagination.

Considered one of the most important living artists to come out of Japan, Kusama produces art in various forms: painting, collage, sculpture, performance art and environmental installations. Most famous for her dots, she explores the themes of psychedelic colors, repetition and pattern.
