INTRODUCING: Hypnotic Brass Ensemble

If you’re having one of those lazy Sunday afternoons and need a surge of energy (minus that pack of red bull or gallon of coffee), I have the perfect solution: in the form of Hypnotic Brass Ensemble.

I've been listening to the eight-piece brass ensemble since they first came on the scene (sons of famed jazz trumpeter Phil Cohran), and their combination of horns and drums always bring me back from my comatose state.

I can’t wait to finally hear a new record from the Chicago based musicians (their last effort was Bulletproof Glass in 2011).
