If the last Nokia Lumia Live is anything to go by, we are in for a treat this time around! Nokia and La Blogothèque are back! This time featuring London based electric soul three-piece Years & Years, fronted by former “Skins” actor, Olly Alexander. The group will be performing in front of an intimate crowd in the abandoned, Aldwych London Underground station. Years & Years follow the highly successful first session, which took place on 29 March and saw Brit Award winning singer, Ella Eyre, at Dingles Fairground Museum in Devon.

A while back we mentioned that Queensbridge, New York rapper Nas will be releasing a re-mastered album, a docu-film and a tour- celebrating the 20th anniversary of his critically acclaimed album Illmatic. A few Hours ago the trailer for the film "Time Is Illmatic" surface on the web, and we have it for you below. The film itself will be making its debut at the Tribeca Film Festival for opening night at the Beacon on April 16.

Nokia Lumia Live joined forces with La Blogothèque to take us music lovers on a ride... no quite literally – a ride!

Nokia's Lumia Live is a series of free music events that specialises is showcasing the hottest emerging talent in really obscure locations around the UK.

London, Thursday 10th April 2014- Thump presents a new mini documentary from PMR Records, home of top British dance acts Julio Bashmore, Disclosure and Jessie Ware. As house music continues to climb through the UK charts, and with daydreams of the coming summer festival season starting to seize the imagination, this sun-drenched tour video was shot over a weekend on the legendary party island of Ibiza.

With second single "Paris" making its debut on Zane Lowe radio show, it seems Little Dragon are gearing up for a solid return. The album Nabuma Rubberband is set to drop May 12, but before that- the Swedish band is bringing the heat with "Paris". This synth-laden track follows in the footsteps of banger "Klapp Klapp"- making sure we know they mean business this time around. No doubt we will be purchasing Nabuma Rubberband, but until then "Paris" awaits.

Last night (Tuesday) saw The Street Gypsies head down to KOKO in Camden for the final night of LA based singer/songwriter Banks’ tour. Right off the back of the mega success of her latest EP “London” and being featured on various ones to watch lists for 2014 it’s safe to say she’s as hot as they come. Against a back drop of perfectly measured mood lighting and synth howls she emerges centre stage launching straight in to “Before I Ever met You”.
