Nokia Lumia Live is Back! This Time Featuring Emerging Band, Years & Years
If the last Nokia Lumia Live is anything to go by, we are in for a treat this time around! Nokia and La Blogothèque are back! This time featuring London based electric soul three-piece Years & Years, fronted by former “Skins” actor, Olly Alexander. The group will be performing in front of an intimate crowd in the abandoned, Aldwych London Underground station. Years & Years follow the highly successful first session, which took place on 29 March and saw Brit Award winning singer, Ella Eyre, at Dingles Fairground Museum in Devon.

Last night (Tuesday) saw The Street Gypsies head down to KOKO in Camden for the final night of LA based singer/songwriter Banks’ tour. Right off the back of the mega success of her latest EP “London” and being featured on various ones to watch lists for 2014 it’s safe to say she’s as hot as they come. Against a back drop of perfectly measured mood lighting and synth howls she emerges centre stage launching straight in to “Before I Ever met You”.

Gallery 151 Brings New York WAT-AAH!! Artist Showcase to a Close
In efforts to combine engaging art designs with the importance of kids drinking water, WAT-AAH!! (bottled water) has collaborated with Partnership for Healthier America’s Drink Up Initiative to promote facts about drinking water through the lens of aesthetics. The closing event on March 13th, at Gallery 151 in Chelsea, showcased artist such as Shepard Fairey, Swoon, and Maya Hayuk, to help bring an ordinary bottle of water to new creative dimensions.
