FASHION: Lazy Oaf x Kickers - Kicking Ass Collaboration

Last night saw the launch of a very exciting collaboration... Lazy Oaf and Kickers teamed up to create a 5 piece limited edition shoe range for Spring/Summer 13. The preview took place at Lazy Oaf's Flagship store on Ganton Street, London with the likes of musical geniuses Alexis Knox, Mischa Notcutt and Murlo spinning on the dj decks to entertain guests.

The brands teamed up with videographer Joao Retorta who captured the playfulness and rainbow colours of the shoes in a specially decorated home in London. The video stars the super energetic and fun identical twins, models and singers Anna and Sonya Kupriienko AKA The Bloom Twins. Photographer Masha Mel and stylist Tess Yopp hopped on board to help build party-style scenes to shoot against. Make-up artist Laura Barrow gave the twins some sixties inspired make-up and Brigitte Bardot bouffant hair styles.

I can see this special collection of shoesies doing amazingly well, its about time that Kickers re-invented themselves and gave the likes of Dr. Martens a run for their money (just saying).

The exciting new range will be available online at Lazyoaf and instore from Friday 22nd March.
