ART: Julian Opie Discusses Landscape with the Tate

Even if you've never heard of the artist Julian Opie, you've more than likely seen his iconic album artwork for Blur's 2000 Greatest Hits album Blur: The Best Of before.

The artist, whose work is on show in the Looking at the View display at Tate Britain, recently spoke with the Tate Gallery's Tateshots; describing the process of creating his large-scale wall painting There are Hills in the Distance. Enjoy!
